Over the Top Service we got!!! We had a 40 ft of gas line installed underneath a cement patio. Heath ran into tons of rock and lava – he definitely under bid the job due to the amount of time it ended up taking. He never complained, remained upbeat and was very conscientious. Our gas water heater went out last Saturday afternoon & we were very happy to find Heath to install the new one at 8:00am Monday morning. Heath arrived on time, was very professional, did an excellent job & charged a fair price. He had to buy a few extra parts, which he included at no extra charge. He also hauled the broken water heater away. We highly recommend & appreciate Over The Top Plumbing & Heath!
